Preis-Leistung sehr gut, es war alles da was man braucht!!! Viele Tipps für Unternehmungen in der Umgebung. Kleiner Supermarkt ist fußläufig erreichbar. Es gab gekühlte Getränke in der Wohnung zu vollkommen fairen Preisen. Vermieter immer super erreichbar und total freundlich.
Einrichtung und Ausstattung etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Teilweise Küche übervoll mit Dingen die nicht gebraucht werden. Herd nicht voll funktionsfähig. Insgesamt ließ die Sauberkeit etwas zu wünschen übrig. Staubige Ecken/ dreckiges Geschirr.

Sehr nette Vermieterin!
Leider hat es in der Wohnung etwas unangenehm gerochen und ein Laken hatte einen Fleck. Es war bestimmt frisch gewaschen aber sah nicht sehr schön aus.
