The apartment accommodates up to 4 guests: one bedroom with a double bed featuring two high-quality spring mattresses, and a second bedroom with a queen-size bed. Bed linen is included in the rental price; towels are available on request for an extra charge.
The kitchen is equipped with a coffee maker, stove, and kettle. Dishes and cutlery for 4 guests are provided. Wi-Fi and a smart TV are also available.

A parking space on the property and free street parking are available. There is a storage room for bicycles and motorbikes. Families with children are very welcome. The apartment is on the first floor and accessible by stairs only—not suitable for guests with limited mobility. Smoking is not permitted indoors; it is allowed on the balcony. Pets are not allowed.

Lots of space indoors and outdoors. Friendly host. You can prepare your own meals in the kitchen. Quite handy as places to have lunch or dinner are somewhat hard to find in the area. Many have closed since the 'corona pandemic', we had a good meal however in restaurant "Ratskeller' Salzhemmendorf. Landscape is gorgeous, it is a tranquil place.
