Conveniently located at mile marker 106, the canal is just a short 10 minute ride to Adams cut. Minutes to Gilbert’s restaurant by land or boat.
Canal is wide and deep so easy to navigate.
Just minutes to John Pennekamp park, Winn Dixie, Publix, and restaurants.
Owners boat is kept on sight on lift and is not available for tenet use.
If tenant is bringing a boat and wants to tie up to dock, there fee is an extra daily fee depending on length

We rented this house while on a business contract. It worked great for entertaining clients. BBQ and hanging outside was nice.
