The Location: Where the sea is just a stone’s throw away🌊

Our 120-square-meter house with three newly renovated bedrooms is located in the exclusive Duynopgangh vacation park, right behind the dunes. In just a few minutes’ walk, you’ll reach the wide, fine-sand beach of Julianadorp⛱️

The park is secured by a gate, which creates a wonderfully peaceful and relaxed atmosphere—no through traffic, just the sound of the North Sea and the laughter of seagulls.😌

Ground Floor: Coziness & Comfort

• The heart of the home: A spacious living area with a cozy fireplace for relaxing evenings and a modern TV (with German channels).

- A fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and an adjoining dining area—perfect for leisurely vacation breakfasts with a beautiful view of the canal.

• Wellness & Convenience: A separate guest restroom and an additional, separate shower room. 🛀

• Storage room: Here you’ll find everything to make your vacation easier: a washing machine, dryer, a handcart for beach days, a Weber electric grill, a large beach umbrella, beach chairs, a net, and sand toys for the kids, etc.

— We have a walker in the house. For guests who’d like a little extra support when walking to the beach or who need to sit down for a quick break along the way.

Upper Floor: Dream & Relax
• Bedrooms: Three lovingly furnished rooms await you (2 with double beds, 1 with two single beds).🛌🛌

• Wellness Highlight: After a long walk on the beach, you can warm up wonderfully in our infrared sauna (for 2 people).🧖🧖🏻‍♀️

• Bathroom: A bright bathroom with a toilet and a whirlpool tub (including shower).🛀🛀

• Extra Service: Cozy bathrobes are provided for all 6 guests!💕

Outdoor Area: Romance by the Water

Enjoy your getaway on our spacious terrace, which offers maximum privacy. The property is surrounded by a picturesque, romantic moat that lends the garden a very special, almost magical tranquility. Here you can unwind with a book in hand while the birds chirp and the water glistens gently.🪿🐥🦔🦆🦢🐦🐦

• Cribs and high chairs are available👶👶
• A handcart makes the short walk a pleasure
• Your children will find games, toys, and books in the kids’ room💯
Plenty of fishing nets and sand toys available.

Parking: Two private parking spaces are available right next to the house.

• Pets & Smoking: Pets and smoking inside the house are not permitted.
• Rental Period: From April through October, we rent our house exclusively on a weekly basis (check-in and check-out always on Saturdays).❗❗❗
