About this house rental
Behind the dunes, only a few minutes from the beach and sea, in an idyllic position named '' Villaparc Duynopgangh ". In Villaparc our thatched villa is Asurrie. Our villa has the most beautiful views of tulip fields and dunes on a generous garden plot of 480 square meters, and is completely fenced. Ideal for children playing. Our garden is very beautiful from a landscape architect with native plants and trees created with small dunes and shells, all in harmony with nature. The paths and three terraces in the garden were covered with old Dutch Waal stones. Here you can feel comfortable and enjoy nature without Massa tourism. In front of the house are 2 large Private parking space, shed for bike and an in-house carts. The villa is suitable for 6 persons. On the ground floor is a large U-shaped living room with fireplace, open kitchen and dining area, in the hallway is a separate bathroom and a toilet. High chair for a child is present. Upstairs are 3 bedrooms and a bathroom with bath and shower, washbasin and toilet. A room with a double bed and two with 2 single beds. In the large bedroom there is a bench. Extra cot is available. A washing machine is also available in the storage room. The beds are made for you and you can rent towels from our key manager. That is a nice start of your holiday.

A subtropical swimming pool with a 22 m high pyramid with a giant slide, children's pool, sauna, jacuzzi and solarium, play areas for the kids (beach location Juliana), beach pavilion Paal 6 (open all year), beach pavilion Zee van Tijd, several restaurants from fast food to specialty restaurants. Tennis courts, miniature golf, bowling center, canoe rental, bike rental, Surfmöglicheiten and Manege. Golf course Ooghduyne is a 9-hole golf course. A genuine 9-hole course to a certain extent in pocket size. The game is played here with special balls. Here is a mini-golf course Fun.

There are several attractions in Den Helder as themed amusement park Cape Holland, Fort Kijkduin, Children's Paradise Ballorig, Manege Bruin, Marine Museum, subtropical swimming paradise De Schots.
The drive between Den Helder and Texel conserve is just 8 km away. Crossing 20 minutes. Ideal for a day trip to Seehundencreche Ecomare, the Maritime Museum or beach robbers a parachute jump for the more adventurous.
For the kids: Amusement park De Goudvis in Sint Maartenszee. Playground De Holleboom Tuitjenhoorn. Fairytale Wonderland Enkhuizen.
Dutch villages with charm as the old town of Alkmaar, Fridays historic cheese market (April-September), the large weekly market on Saturdays. In Alkmaar is also a canal trip possible.

Das Haus ist perfekt und ruhig gelgen. Die Nähe zum Strand und umgeben von Natur macht das Entspannen einfach. Allerdings ist nur das eine Schlafzimmer geräumig. Die beiden anderen Räume sind wirklich sehr klein und für Erwachsene schwierig.

Wir waren mit einer vierköpfige Familie mit 2 Erwachsenen Kindern über die Weihnachtsfeiertage in diesem kleinen, sehr gemütlichen und wunderbar ruhig gelegenen Ferienhaus. Die Küche war gut ausgestattet, sodass wir die geschlossenen Restaurants nicht vermisst haben. Alles war perfekt, auch die Nähe des wunderbaren Nordseestrandes.

Am ersten Tag festzustellen, dass es einen Gasherd gibt, jedoch kein Feuerzeug, war schon blöd - somit blieb die Küche für unseren 9 Monate alten Sohn kalt (Geschäfte schließen "rechtzeitig"); WLAN funktionierte nicht (probiert auf 2 Smartphones und einem Laptop --> "Netzwerkschlüssel falsch") --> keine Einsicht der Vermieter TROTZ Videos darüber; einige Spinnen im Haus, die auch schon größer und somit länger im Haus gewesen sein mußten; unsere Stauballergie meldete sich - wahrscheinlich weil im oberen Bereich Teppich und Vohänge schon länger nicht mehr sauber gemacht wurde; mind 850 m Fußweg bis Waschmaschine (anderer Ferienpark); keinerlei Handtücher gestellt, auch nicht für Geschirr; Objekt gut gelgen für Strand; durch Fliesen in Ess-, Küchen- und Wohnbereich ziemlich kalt; Badewanne defekt, was bekannt war, aber noch immer nicht repariert wurde; schön ruhig gelegen; eine Einheit der Hert's defekt; Kaminofen vorhanden und gegen Kauf von Holz auch beheizbar; Parkplatz vor der Tür; es überwiegte leider der negative Teil, da "Villa" etwas anderes vemittelt, für uns "Deutsche"
