Everything is great. Very good people are working in this place, quickly decided my problems and give me the best room on this moment when I have arrived. Great location, Batumi near and the most beautiful and clean beach. Botanical garden near, u can enjoy this every day. Madloba

A litle has a problem with some stuff in the room, but personal fixed quickly everything. Sometimes I have listen neighbors.

В первую очередь хочется отметить невероятно дружелюбный и отзывчивый персонал. Нас очень быстро разместили, даже раньше официального времени заселения, что было особенно приятно после долгой дороги и сильной усталости. Номер оказался просторным, идеально чистым и очень комфортным. Отлично работал кондиционер, а большая терраса стала приятным бонусом. Также для нас заранее позаботились о парковочном месте. Отдельного восхищения заслуживают завтраки — разнообразные, вкусные и действительно высокого уровня. На ресепшене всегда готовы помочь: подскажут, куда лучше сходить вечером, что посмотреть, где прогуляться и какие места стоит посетить. Благодаря этому отдых становится ещё комфортнее. Большое спасибо всей команде отеля за гостеприимство! Мы остались очень довольны и обязательно вернёмся снова.

The staff was friendly and helpful. I liked the room overall. The room is clean. Quite spacious, with a nice view. Lift to the 13th floor. There's heating, air conditioning, a hairdryer, towels, a TV, an electric kettle, a gas stove, dishes, a washing machine, a glass table, a sofa, and a shower stall. Extra pillows and a blanket are in the closet. There's a king-size bed and a large balcony. Gas water heating was turned on separately upon arrival. Wi-Fi is available in the room.

The bedroom was stuffy, even with the windows open. And the spring mattress has already sagged in the middle. The pillows were a bit high for my taste and a bit worn. There were a lot of bugs on the balcony, trying to get into the room. But I don't know what to do about it other than install screens. The dark metal balcony frame also gets very hot in the sun—be careful, you could even get burned! Personally, I missed a shoe horn. The 13th floor is certainly a bit high for me personally, although the view wasn't bad. But whether there are good views on the lower floors is also questionable. Personally, I would have liked to see some easy-to-rinse cleaning supplies in the room, like a cloth for wiping the bathroom floor. The toilet leaked a little, but we didn't have time to worry about it. So we tried to only stay at the hotel for sleep and showers, if you know what I mean. I suppose they could have fixed it, but we're not in a hotel for that. We were more interested in seeing more of the city and experiencing the culture than in hotel details. Personally, I'd like to see similar apart hotels leave at least a couple of tea bags for the first day and a bar of laundry soap. But I don't insist on any of these statements; these are more my personal, subjective preferences.

The location is very convenient, just a ten-minute walk from Green Cape beach and the botanical garden. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

The assortment of kitchenware was somewhat limited. We found a lack of teaspoons and wine glasses.
