Location is perfect! Love having a sitting area. Nick & Melanie are wonderful owners. So easy to communicate with and always so helpful. Love staying at their places in Granville!

Great private apartment, very clean and within walking distance to restaurants. The bed was extremely comfortable. The books, game & record player were a nice touch.
