About this house rental
The cottage has 5 rooms and offers 6 optional 7 persons + 2 nanny places. Our house is located near the beach with stunning views of Prerow stream, Boddenhafen and the dyke meadows. You can buy fresh fish directly at the harbor. Bike shelter and carport are available. Lots of space to play. In the new bathroom on the ground floor there is a floor level shower with ceramic sanitary ware from Keramag. In addition, we offer a laundry room with dryer, washing machine from Bosch and a second separate shower.
Due to the location also ideal for anglers and dog owners. Our large property is fully fenced and is within walking distance to the dog beach. Bicycle rental is available in the nearby Darsspassage on the spot.
On the ground floor you will find the open-plan living area with fireplace, new home cinema TV, various games and books and conservatory and full bath. The living area leads to a large bedroom with a private terrace in the garden. In the EC is also the fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops.
2 further bedrooms with additional 4 sleeping facilities are available on the upper floor. One with TV. Two cots and 2 high chairs are available for you. We offer a large south / west terrace in the garden and a new 20m roof terrace with a unique view of the Prerow stream and Boddenhafen.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus mit großem Garten. Tolle Einrichtung. Freundliche und angenehme Kommunikation mit Vermieter und Hausverwalter vor Ort. Für uns die perfekte Basis, für Ausflüge, Radtouren und Spaziergänge. Jederzeit gerne wieder.

Wir waren eine Woche in Prerow und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Ferienhaus entsprach genau der Beschreibung und hat uns wirklich sehr gut gefallen. Am besten haben uns das Esszimmer sowie die Dachterasse und der Garten gefallen - hier konnte man sehr gut relaxen und den Urlaub genießen. Die Ausstattung des Ferienhauses ist sehr gut - wir haben nichts vermisst (vor allem die Küche ist sehr umfangreich ausgestattet - hier fehlt wirklich nichts).
Das Ferienhaus liegt am Ortsrand von Prerow direkt am Prerow-Strom. Mit dem Fahrrad ist alles toll und schnell zu erreichen. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in Prerow im Ferienhaus Boddenblick sehr genossen und können das Ferienhaus uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Wir würden es auf jeden Fall wieder buchen. Herzlichen Dank an Herrn Schliack (Vermieter) und Herrn Schilling (Verwalter) für die Gastfreundlichkeit. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Dass Internetfotos nicht immer aussagekräftig sind, ist natürlich immer ein Risiko, aber den Eindruck, den dieses Haus vermittelt hat, ist leider nicht zu halten. Schadhafte Stellen an den Zimmerwänden sind teilweise nur sichtbar überpinselt worden, die Einbauschränke in den Schlafzimmern stammen eher aus den 70er Jahren, Gas-und Stromleitungen liegen teilweise über Putz, und dass das eine Schlafzimmer ein Durchgangszimmer ist, wurde auch nicht weiter erwähnt. Die erste Nacht brach das Schlafsofa zusammen, die restlichen Nächte waren auch nicht entspannter, da ein ständiges Gluckern der Heizung im Haus zu hören war. Die gefühlten 20 Kissen der Lounge auf der Dachterrasse sollten in dem ohnehin schon winzigen Schlafzimmer gelagert werden, das Ein- und Ausräumen hat man sich bei wechselhaftem Wetter dann auch lieber gespart. Die sogenannte Küche ist teilsweise abgewohnt und von der genannten Grundfläche bleibt dank eines Durchgangs nur eine Kochnische übrig. Die Zimmertüren schließen zum Teil nur unter Gewaltanwendung.
Alles in allem war das Haus ein ziemlicher Reinfall, da wir für den Preis etwas besseres erwartet hatten.
