A spacious living and dining area, the open fully equipped kitchen, a sunny terrace with a beach chair and for the children of 500 square meters fenced garden with private playground.
Relax on the high quality garden furniture.
A large charcoal grill is available for the evening BBQ.
A relaxing lounger or the cozy sofa corner by the fireplace invite you to linger, the in-house sauna offers on warm days cozy warmth and relaxation after a long beach walk.
In the right half of the house there are four bedrooms (3 with double bed, 1 with two single beds perfect for older children or adults).
One bathroom has a shower and the second has a bath. For your well-being, both bathrooms have underfloor heating.
You live on one level, there are no stairs, so this house is ideal for families especially with small children and seniors.
For a relaxing holiday incl. Arrival with children is taken care of:
3 high chairs, 2 cots and a folding mattress are included for free.

No parking search - you have 3 free parking spaces directly at the house.
You can park your bikes in the lockable shed directly behind the house at the parking lots,
