Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet. Draußen sind schöne Sitzplätze. Es ist ausreichend Platz vorhanden. Zum Einkaufen ist es nicht weit. Die Ladesäule für das E-Auto befindet sich in der Nähe. Sie ist schnell zu erreichen.

Die Haushälfte 1b läßt in der Ausrüstung und Raumanzahl keine Wünsche offen. Wir waren mit 9 Erwachsenen und zeitweise 3 Kindern wunderbar untergebracht Die Lage ist zentral und der EDEKA 100m entfernt. Der Weg zur Ostsee schnell gemeistert. Die Küche ist toll ausgerüstet. Die Kinder freuten sich auch über den Garten. Die Sauna haben wir nicht genutzt, aber sie ist da.

Das Haus liegt inmitten der Ortschaft Prerow. Bis zum Strand sind es ca. 15 min Fußweg. Die Lage ist wirklich sehr ruhig. Fahrräder kann man sich super nah am Haus ausleihen. Leider hatte der beste Bäcker wegen Ruhestand geschlossen. Das Haus an sich war sauber, jedoch fehlten hier und da Kleinigkeiten, wie z.B. Toilettenpapier. Die Sauna ist noch gut zu benutzen, wenn man verstanden hat wie die Regelung dieser funktioniert. Dies könnte eindeutiger beschrieben werden. Das unsere Betten zunächst nicht bezogen waren und auch keine Handtücher da waren, wurde mit einem kurzen Anruf beim Hausmeister innerhalb einer Stunde gelöst. Im unteren Zimmer können zwar zwei schlafen, die müssen sich aber schon lieb haben. Die restlichen Zimmer sind gut ausgestattet mit größeren Doppelbetten. Für den Kamin gibt es Holz direkt am Objekt, jedoch leicht feucht, also früh reinbringen wer abends Feuer machen möchte. Die Küche war super ausgestattet. Alles vorhanden, was man zum Kochen braucht. Würde das Haus definitiv weiterempfehlen und auch jederzeit wieder selbst buchen.
