對愛逛街的人來說，住這裡很方便，離中央老街四眼井都很近，民宿前面跟廟宇共用一個廣場，停車算很方便，住三天都有車位。四人小家庭住了六人房，有三張大床，可以把三張床合在一起變超大床，對小孩根本致命吸引力，光在床上翻滾就可以玩好一陣子，cp值非常高。
民宿內沒有電梯，房間內沒有冰箱，但樓下有共用冰箱，這些訂房時都可以看到，就看自己怎麼取捨了，畢竟房間很新，價格也公道，地點也好。唯一覺得很不方便是淋浴間沒有置物台，洗澡時牙刷洗面乳或其他瓶罐還真不知放哪里。

1. 地點在馬公市中心，吃喝宵夜都很方便，
2. 房間很大很乾淨，床很好睡（翻身不會影響到隔壁）
3. 大門房間密碼鎖，不用帶鑰匙很方便
硬要說缺點的話，
只有一樓公共區域有冰箱，但有一樓共用空間可以吃東西，整潔比較好管理
如果有浴缸就更完美了

房間舒適，公共場所很溫馨，早上11點退房因下午16:00的船沒地方可以去，闆娘的公共空間還給使用很感恩。
