民宿的地點位於市區，但又不是位在鬧區中，所以除了交通方便之外也滿安靜的。老闆人很好也很熱情，感覺得出來老闆很用心在經營及照顧他的民宿，因為整棟房子內外都乾乾淨淨的，另外，真心建議老闆可以在房間的陽台提供一下晾曬架。
廁所沒有抽風機真的會很潮濕很悶熱，雖然有窗戶但也不太通風。所以只要有人上完大大後異味就會久久不散。因此可以想像一下，如果人多的房間，然後人人都去蹲一下......那感覺可能就不會太好。
