It’s filled with small bungalows and boutique hotels that are just steps from the beach, Stearns Wharf, State Street, Funk Zone, and the Harbor. The Brewhouse, Toma, Jeannine's Bakery and Chad’s restaurants frequented by locals, and Amtrak station are all close by making the walkability that much better for this Santa Barbara beach rental.
Open the door into a stylish vaulted Living Room that gives way to a newly renovated Kitchen. Giant tri-fold doors easily condense providing an indoor/outdoor living experience with the dual Kitchen bar, added dining space, and BBQ grill on the private deck. Luxurious linens in both bedrooms are only rivaled by original Gregory Beeman paintings, specifically commissioned for this property.
