This luxury two-bedroom villa invites guests to have a true Santa Barbara experience. After a day of exploration, take some time for yourself in our living area featuring comfortable couches and swivel chairs plus an impressive 60 inch flat screen HDTV – perfect for movie nights! Top it off with the plush bedrooms equipped with high quality furnishings and mattresses that will ensure you get much needed rest after your adventures. All this while being surrounded by designer elements reminiscent of local treasures - all contained within 1600 square feet making sure no one feels cramped or crowded. Stroll to the beach with a wagon full of everything needed for a restful (or sandcastle building) day on our beautiful coast and return in the afternoon for games with family and friends while cooking dinner in a well-appointed kitchen. Every amenity has been well thought out and is provided to all of our guests to ensure a wonderful dining experience whether it's a dinner in with family or a few friends have stopped in for appetizers and drinks. Every attention to detail has been made on your behalf.
All linens, cookware and supplies are provided to all of our guests, all of the time.

Incredible location - easy walking distance to State Street, Stern’s Wharf, Leadbetter Beach, groceries, restaurants, all of it! Home is vintage in the best way - captures the feeling of the neighborhood and a quieter time. Lush fruit trees and beautiful windows made for a very relaxed and enjoyable stay for our busy family of 5. Layout was perfect for parents downstairs and kids upstairs sharing the bigger room. We all had plenty of space!

This is a distinctive vintage house in a quiet neighborhood near the beach--very well equipped. However, when it rained during our stay a very noisy sump pump in the basement keep us up for most of the night. Think BZZZZZZZZZZ-BANG every 1-2 minutes. It woke us in the dead of night though we were staying on the second floor. Guests staying in the first floor bedroom will not be a able to avoid the noise. Disappointinly, the management company did not respond to our calls the next morning with alacrity or empathy. They refused to send anyone to check on the pump, telling us this is just what it is like to stay in an old house in this neighborhood. So if you are looking for a place in the winter months when it is more likely to rain, you should keep this in mind.
