West Beach Villa 2 offers the complete beachside getaway experience – just steps away from a stunning coast, bustling harbor and vibrant city. Without needing to take your car anywhere, you can explore nearby bars, restaurants, cafes and more of Santa Barbara's renowned Funk Zone area - all within walking or biking distance! As soon as you arrive at this amazing historic property, slip off those sandals for true relaxation.
After a day of fun in the sun or sightseeing in our gorgeous town, spoil yourself with luxury on the most comfortable sectional you've ever curled up on and enjoy a great movie on the large 60 inch flat screen HDTV or take a nap in one of the two most delightful bedrooms with extremely comfortable king beds.
With a versatile and spacious floor plan you will be amazed at the size of the bedrooms and living space in this two bedroom two bathroom unit that is over 1500 square feet. Professionally interior designed with Santa Barbara local treasures found all over the interior and quality bedding and linens, this property gives you the "resort like feel" yet the comforts and amenities that only a home can provide. Guests can stretch out and unwind and have privacy all at the same time at this fabulous West Beach Villa!
All linens, cookware and supplies are provided to all of our guests, all of the time.

Ideal rental! Walking distance to the beach, state street (shops/rests), harbor. It is perfectly clean & organized. I love that this rental gets plenty of sun in the living room in the afternoon & on the front porch to, in the morning, to drink coffee! My fav feature is the empty coat closet when you walk in (in addition to the large bedroom closets) to store all your items!! It has two dining areas and we like to use one for puzzles! Everything in the kitchen is new and complete sets (pans, plates, measuring cups, etc.) We visit SB annually and it’s by far my favorite rental.

We stayed at "West Beach Villa 2" for 5 days in beautiful Santa Barbara! This is the second time we have stayed in your rentals! They are so Santa Barbara with a beach vibe which feels so much like home. I grew up in Santa Barbara and miss it so much! The rentals we have stayed in are walking distance to the beach and close to restaurants. Haller Coastal Homes are very clean; the amenities you provide make it feel like home! Instructions about the rental and information about what Santa Barbara has to offer are a plus! Thank you again for making our stay perfect and memorable! We will definitely be back! We "heart" you! This property was excellent. It was in a great location. We were able to walk to restaurants, shopping, and the beach. You can even see a little ocean from the apartment.The apartment was in awesome condition. It was very clean with comfortable couches and beds.Communication with Tiffany was also excellent. 10/10

We enjoyed our stay at this property. While many items have been updated (furniture, decorations, flooring, bathrooms), it is clearly an older property with original windows (drafty) and kitchen/cabinets. Counter tops have been updated. It has a very beach-y feel, which is nice.
Be prepared for a multi-page, detailed lease from the property manager which seems a bit over the top, including specific ages of each and every guest: "Only guests listed on this agreement are permitted at the property" -- so any additional friends/children you have nearby are not covered.
Check out is 10 AM - way too early for a vacation property in my opinion, and a request well in advance of our arrival to adjust to noon checkout was not accepted.
Seems pricey now that we've actually been there.
