It was a beautiful place to stay & great location!
Food crumbs in the microwave & fridge, & master bedroom & 1st bedroom tv's did not work.

Wow it was a very nice place and the floors was gorgeous the master bedroom beautiful the bathroom in the master bedroom beautiful high ceilings new appliances and The host was very nice everything is what you see on the website is what you will see in person very nice

This place was amazing and so was Gerald! The pictures do not do it justice! The living room is spacious, the closets are big and full of hangers, and there is an overflow of towels (which me and my 6 friends loved)! There was also full sized body washes, shampoo/conditioner, and laundry baskets for the towels!
The door uses a key code entry so no need to worry about losing keys. We felt safe the entire time, and Bourbon Street and other hot spots were a 5-10 minute Uber/Lyft drive.
Gerald was also the best! He made sure we had everything we needed! He even knew owners at restaurants and made us reservations at places that said they didn't do that online! He also gave us a late check out when requested and was communicative throughout! Just amazing!
We would 100% stay here or at any of his other properties he manages again! Also, as a point of comparison, this place was much more affordable than options on AirBnB and sooo worth it!
I didn't realize our unit was upstairs (since the building is a duplex) so there are stairs to climb, which was not really a problem at all. We just didn't know from the property details.
