Completely your own exclusive use of the whole home to relax in. Modern bathroom with heated floor, bathtub & tiled rain shower. Quality linen & towels & all comforts of home. Ultra Fast Broadband (Fibre) Internet. Literally a 2 min stroll to one of Auckland's most stunning swimming beaches, Million-dollar Takapuna Beach Playground, top cafes, shops & restaurants.
The space
Our 110m2 condominium is beautifully stylish, comfortable and well-appointed with up to date amenities. It is open plan with a large living room, full modern kitchen and a dining area. Double glazed windows make it warm with lovely views to the ocean. The main bedroom has a king-size bed with good quality cotton bed linen. The second bedroom also has a king-size bed with quality cotton linen. There is a fold out single bed for a light person or child if required. The bathroom is contemporary with a rain shower, underfloor heating and heated towel rail with quality towels.

We have a key lock box, so guests can access the property at their leisure.
Other things to note
Takapuna Beach, which is over a kilometre in length, is a one-minute walk from the condo. It is perfect for walking and running. From the northern end of the beach a 4km coastal walk continues to the end of Milford Beach. Or at low tide you can walk from the southern end of the beach alongside sandstone cliffs and past secluded beaches. Swimming at Takapuna Beach is heavenly and the sound of the waves gently breaking on the shore is perfect for relaxation, or taking out the kayaks!

We loved this property and area. It is a very beautiful area of Auckland and the beach was so fun to walk on and see all the people and dogs. Great cafes close by. The home had plenty of space and was very clean. We loved it.

We stayed 1 month at Sky Blue in Takapuna and had an outstanding stay. The property is exactly as described and Jacqui is an extremely attentive and responsive host. Checkin was simple and after quickly unpacking, we were off to see the wonderful shops and restaurants all within a 10 minute walk. The beach is steps away from the property, which has lovely sea and island views. You will sleep well as the neighborhood is quiet and safe. Check out the great coffee shop Kinship, right around the corner! WiFi worked flawlessly and easily connected.
We cannot wait to return to this wonderful country and will DEFINITELY have Sky Blue as our home base. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Beautiful Condo, excellent service and so close to all major ammentites, and a 3mknite stroll to the beach. We had an absolute pleasure staying at this property and would gladly stay here again!!!
