Had a great stay and will definitely be back. Loved the calm location, well kept garden, cool pool area
Only minor stuff - could have done with team and coffee in the room

Love love love! The entire place is just so beautiful and calm. There has been so much thought into the whole design. Food is amazing. Staff are great. Beds are comfy, room is great.
Would be great to have a kettle for a tea or coffee option in your room - but this is just a preference thing.

The pool and facilities were great - very chic!
The service was some of the worst we expereinced while in Kenya for 2 weeks. We were some of the only people staying in the hotel at the time, and we did not feel very welcomed. It seemed like we were an inconvenience to the staff whenever we had very basic requests.
