Beautiful pools and surroundings Good food Great animation team Helpful staff Comfortable rooms Great air conditioning Safety & security Quick support with getting a doctor when I got sick Local touch by inviting crafts people
Some of the staff were colder than in other places in Kenya, it really depends of who you speak with It was a struggle to find pool beds after 10am, an easy fix for the hotel to buy a few more I feel the hotel is overpriced - especially the buffet
