Calpe cozy apartment with the mountain view 5 min to the beach

Very clean and comfortable, the beds were comfy and whilst the apartment is small it was plenty big for a short stay and the water, beer and wine on arrival was a lovely touch. Nice finishing touches and decor, and we loved sitting on the balcony in a morning watching the world go by with a view of the mountains. I especially liked the bathroom it was very nicely decorated and the coffee machine with pods provided was greatly welcome after a long journey! There were spare towels and sheets in the wardrobes and all we needed for our stay. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again.

The sofa was very small and lumpy making it uncomfortable so unable to sit as a family on an evening, and the tv wasn’t a smart tv so unable to connect to English speaking alternative channels. Not that it mattered too much to us as we were out most of the time but may be a problem for families who want to sit on the sofa together and watch tv. No air con in the bedrooms was a shame but not a huge problem, ceiling fans would have been better than the freestanding ones which were very noisy and the one in the main bedroom squeaked every few seconds waking me up on and off and it was too hot to not have it on. However, these were not major issues for us, and some minor tweaks would make the fantastic trip even better.

Espacio del piso, lo limpio y su ubicación

Die Gastgeberin, Natalia, war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wohnung war sauber und hatte alles was man braucht. Zentrale Lage für Strand, Einkaufen und Restaurants. Kleiner Supermarkt direkt um die Ecke.

Aus der Klimaanlage tropft Wasser in einen Eimer. Man mußte daran denken diesen zu leeren, damit nichts überläuft. Aufgrund der zentralen Lage (Innenstadt) kam es gelegentlich zu Verkehrslärm.

Kein eigenes parking. Es war sehr schwer einen Parkplatz zu finden. Alles überfüllt und mein Auto wurde beschädigt
