The location was brilliant with lots of shops/restaurants and a supermarket on your doorstep. There was a local bus stop a 5 minute walk away where you could jump on and visit other places on Tenerife.
There wasn't any air conditioning which we were aware of but it would definitely be needed in the hotter months. We stayed in December 2025 so the ceiling fan was adequate.

The apartment was spotlessly clean. The pool was great. The pool and the area surrounding were beautifully maintained.
There was hot water in the shower. Lovely view over the pool area. Great location, seafront and restaurants within easy walking distance.
No bedroom, pull down bed, not good. Keybox to access property not user friendly. Difficult to open.. Bars on the outside of the door . Agent handling property did not meet us on arrival. When they came looking for a damage deposit they did not arrive at the specified time. No formal receipt was given for the cash that was handed over
