Encosta da Marina is situated in a great location, the complex being just a 3-minute walk to the Marina, with its array of restaurants and bars and less than a 10-minute walk to the spectacular white sands of the Meia-Praia Beach, with its large variety of water sports, beach bars and boat trips.
A short walk over the footbridge, along the avenida, you will find yourself in the centre of Lagos, to enjoy all the ambiance and atmosphere of this beautiful historic town. The cobbled streets, boutiques, street entertainers, musicians and large variety of restaurants serving delicious mixtures of local and traditional cuisine, will totally captivate you.
Casa Wasa, provides a stunning base for a holiday home and is equipped to suit all ages. The apartment has air condtioning in all rooms that also provides heating for Winter lets.
From the front entrance of the apartment, the door opens into the entrance hall, to the left is the fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer and all modern appliances.
There is a door leading out from the kitchen onto the large balcony facing west for the afternoon sun. There is a built in BBQ. outside dining furniture and seating for 6 people to enjoy alfresco dining, along with sun loungers to soak up the sun.
The living area is very spacious and bright with a dining table and 6 chairs, there are 2 comfortable sofas. Patio doors lead out to the large balcony.
There are 2 bedrooms, the Master bedroom has a king size bed or can be left as 2 singles, the luxurious en-suite bathroom has a bath and overhead shower.
The second bedroom is a twin bedroom, again with the flexibility of the beds being made up as twins or a super king bed.
A separate shower room with walk in shower is located in the hall with WC and vanity unit.
Both bedrooms have sliding patio doors facing east towards the central pool area and the morning sun
The pool area is extremely safe for children of all ages being fully enclosed in the centre of the complex. There are plenty of sun loungers, children’s pool, play area, shower and toilet facilities.
The train station, the bus station, and supermarket, being open daily and a fantastic range of are just a 5 minute walk from the complex.
For golf enthusiasts there are many championship courses all within a very easy reach. Boa Vista, Palmares and Penina Golf Courses, to name a few, all within a short drive from the complex.
Due to the central location of this complex a car is not required.

This large, clean apartment suited our family very well. The immediate surroundings are not very inspiring (the balconies overlook a busy road and the parking lot for the condo complex) but it is conveniently located close to the pretty marina and the pool area is very nice. It was great to have such a large apartment. The unit is extremely well stocked for a vacation rental - all the kitchen vessels and implements you could want, coffee filters and coffee, basic spices, plus many other nice touches, e.g., pool toys, beach umbrella and chairs, puzzles, games, even a yoga mat. Ian our host was also very kind, helpful and responsive.

The property is in an excellent location to explore the marina, beaches or old town.
Everything you need is in the apartment to enjoy your stay, the welcome pack we paid for made things easier on our arrival.
Lovely pool area, gated and secure, although the pool is a little on the cool side, you soon get used to it.

The apartment is situated behind marina and very walkable to Old Town. Apartment is well equipped and beautiful furnishings, large with 3 outdoor balconies. Main pool is gorgeous. Building is quiet and well built.
