Luxury top floor apartment with magnificent views.
This spacious apartment has a very large south facing balcony which gets plenty of sunshine, which is very welcome in the winter months.
All furnishings are of top quality and there is air conditioning throughout.
There is a large double bedroom with spacious wardrobes and en-suite bathroom. The twin bedroom, also with spacious wardrobes has its own separate shower room.
The very spacious lounge has sliding doors which lead out to the large balcony which is equipped with a table & chairs plus 4 sun loungers.
The apartment has the added bonus of personal WiFi.
There is also the added option if you require of a TV wifi box which can provide UK channels BBC1, BBC2,ITV, CH4 and a selection of Sky films, sports and kids channels.
This service costs just €30 for your stay.
There is private parking space in the underneath garage with elevator access to the apartment floor.
4 x Pool passes for the communal external swimming pool at the Marina Club Hotel are included with the apartment.
This centrally located apartment, is within walking distance of cafes, restaurants, supermarket 2 mins away & the town centre, beach are 10 mins away.
There is also a 24 hour security surveillance system at the Marina.

Fantastic stay in lagos , apartment was perfect especially the huge balcony and sun beds for relaxing days , everything close by , restaurants bars ect , and the host was very helpful, we will definitely be back next year !

Jo and Julie from Compass were fantastic and I would recommend them very highly. The apartment is lovely and brings back lots of memories for us. The water cylinder could do with being bigger, and the towels really need improving in size and fluffiness. The parking garage makes life very easy if driving. Excellent location.

Very nice apartment. Good location. Just the view ftom thf terrace ix not perfect but thr whole day with sunshine. We've enjoyed the time in this apartment. In the kitchen everything is available to prepare thr meals. The bad in the main bedroom is very comfortable. Thank you for letting us stay in this apartment.

We have stayed there for couple days, group of friends.
Location is good, in the marina but few minutes walk (15min) from city centre.
The annonce and pictures are very well corresponding to what you will get.
The terrace is great and appartement well equipped. However the white plastic chairs outside need to be changed (too fragile with the heat).
1 big disappointment are the mattresses. Awful. A must change!
Having the parking in the building is great. Location central in Algarve.
Overall satisfied, we can only recommend this appartement for your holidays. I am sure you will have great time enjoying the terrasse and Algarve.
