The view from the lovely balcony was amazing, both during the day and at night. The villa itself was very light and spacious and well equipped.
The price to be paid for the view is the walk up and down to the Port - not for anyone with mobility problems. Front entrance could also do with a hand rail and broken tiles replaced. The main patio doors to the balcony were unusable during our stay so had to use the bedroom ones to access the balcony.

Location is absolutely fabulous! The views are beautiful, overlooking the sea. The spaces are wide, so you feel comfortable in an environment like that.
It is not conditioned for the cold, so it is not recommended to go in winter. The quality of some furniture is not very good (considering the price and that we are talking about Mallorca...). A bit of a better level is expected, not only the location is counted, but the interior of the house has to be consistent with the place and the idea.
