La proximité de la ville et des commerces est vraiment appréciable. Le plain-pied du logement est en plus. Le calme de la rue et du logement sont vraiment appréciables.

Très bon emplacement ,au centre tout en étant au calme.
Hygiène et propreté très limites (+aération salle de bains certainement jamais nettoyée. Le téléviseur ne semble pas marcher mais essayé une seule fois .car ne sommes jamais restés dans l'appart.. L'entrée par la cour laisse aussi à désirer.
