It was a cosy house with a nice, big garden, in a very quiet nabourhood. The furniture was a bit oldfasioned. But everything you needed was there. The landlord gave us all the information about the house and about walkings in the region. That was very helpfull. We had a nice stay.

Située tout près d'un bras de mer, c'est une maison très agréable avec ses charmants jardins (devant et derrière). Le quartier est calme et agréable, on n'entend que les oiseaux en prenant le petit déjeuner sur la terrasse ombragée. Gîte bien équipé, avec une belle documentation pour organiser la découverte de la région, je le recommande à tous ceux qui apprécient le calme après une journée de marche sur la côte de granit rose. De plus, Treguier est une jolie ville.

It seems like a house, but it's actually an apartment. It has cosy bedrooms and a big comfortable and light living room. The kitchen is a bit old and not very handy with the doors open to the porch, but it functions and is cosy. The garden is wonderful! Very good set of garden chairs and table, private and sunny. Beautiful flowers! We loved our stay. The area is gorgeous, breathtaking! And so much to see and do nearby. The owner of the house gave us a warm welcome and a warm goodbye. We stayed for two weeks, but could have easily stayed another week. Wonderful place!

Nous avons bien aimé soit la maison caracteristique avec son splendide jardin, soit l'endroit paisible où elle est située. Le village de Minihy est une vraie perle! Un paysage de carte postale sur le fleuve!!! La maison et l'extérieur sont equipés de tout le nécessaire et le propriétaire est une personne vraiment cordiale et accueillant.

Location parfaite: fonctionnelle, pratique, jolie, à 2 min en voiture du Super U, dans une ruelle calme. Le jardin entièrement clos est parfait, encore mieux que sur les photos, verdoyant, idéal pour farnienter dans les chaises longues. La cuisine dispose de tous les produits de base (sel, huile...) nécessaires. Proche de Tréguier, très jolie petite ville, et accès facile à tous les coins de la côte de granit rose. Le propriétaire, très sympa, a pris le temps de nous expliquer le fonctionnement de tous les appareils, et laisse des cartes IGN et des idées de visites et randos dans le gite: très appréciable! Bref, nous avons adoré notre séjour.
