The most amazing location!

The location is absolutely stunning, the view from the terrace is amazing. Overall the apartment has fresh finishes, is well equipped and I would recommend it to anyone.

The only thing that was out of order was the heating - if you come during a very cold month like January then one of the ground floor bedrooms is a bit too cold, even with a/c on full power. We didn't need as many bedrooms so it was fine.

This was a perfect week.

The apartment provides a lot of space, everything is very new and nice ( kitchen, bathroom) with a great view on the lake. You find everything in the apartment for a perfect holiday. We had a great week and enjoyed our holiday a lot. Everything was perfect. The contact to the owner was easy and he responded immediately.

Great location right by the lake Comfortable house with all necessities available. Top floor is a bit low for a normal size person. If you just want to wind down this is a great spot

The house is beautiful, the rooms are very nice and everything ist very clean. It’s well equipped with a dishwasher and even a washing machine. The communication with the owner was simple an they always replied promptly. I highly recommend the place!

Casa fantastica!

Perfect location with an excellent roof-top terrace giving the ideal place to unwind. Very good restaurants located within a few minutes walk. Probably one of the best refurbished properties I've seen make this an ideal place to stay. We'll be coming back for sure.

Très beaux moments passés au lac d'Iséo, la location est très bien située.

Proximité du lac. Proximité des commerces et restauration. La terrasse au 2ème niveau avec vue sur le lac.

La plafond bas du 2ème étage, mais à part cela tout était très bien.

Leider nicht zufriedenstellend

Die Lage der Unterkunft ist schön. Man ist direkt am See und hat eine wunderbare Aussicht. Die Kommunikation lief gut. Es war jederzeit jemand über die Telefonnummer erreichbar und hat sich gekümmert.

Die oberste Etage ist für große Menschen nicht geeignet. Selbst mit einer Größe von 165cm muss man sich überall bücken. Die Terrasse ist zwar schön, aber die Korb-Möbel darauf haben Löcher, sodass man sie nicht richtig nutzen kann. Die Küche ist sehr spärlich ausgestattet. Es gab keine Trockentücher, Spülmaschinentaps, Gewürze, Toaster... Wir waren zu 6. in der Unterkunft und nur zwei konnten warm duschen, weil der Wasserboiler nicht genügend Warmwasser bereitstellt. Das hat sich auch nach Überprüfung des Vermieters nicht verbessert. Uns wurde mitgeteilt, dass wir dann einfach eine Stunde warten müssen, bis wieder warmes Wasser da sei. Das ist sehr ärgerlich, wenn man morgens zu Ausflügen los möchte. Bei dem Bett im größten Schlafzimmer fehlten auf beiden Seiten Latten im Lattenrost. Wir würden die Unterkunft nicht noch einmal buchen.
