Beautiful place that is well located in Ortigia. The owner was very responsive and helpful. The kitchen and living area was a decent size. It is also very close to an amazing swimming spot.
The property has an upstairs sleeping area. While there was an air conditioner on each level we struggled to keep the upstairs cool enough at night. We communicated a number of times with him but unfortunately it never could get to a satisfactory level of comfort (at times the owner was remotely controlling the air conditioning). Also there is street noise meaning opening the window would have been too loud.
