nicely decorated flat, in a nice central but quietish place, lovely cats around and plants in the front . I liked that. coffee and tea available. Helpful and flexible owners.

staircase is very steep , so have to be careful walking up and down. my partner cleaned the drains in the shower as it was not running down anymore, after that it worked. A spatula would also be useful in the shower, so that people can wipe it drier after shower faster

Das Apartement ist sehr zentral gelegen. Direkt danaben hat es ein Restaurant. In Gehnähe gibt es zwei Badespots, eine mit einer öffentlichen Dusche. Beim Eingang hat es einen kleinen Siztplatz mit Meerblick. Das Apartment hat eine moderne Dusche und eine gut eingerichtete Küche sowie schnelles Wlan auf Glasfaserbasis. Das Preisleistungverhältnis ist gut.

Das Apartment ist eher dunkel und war zu Beginn durch Feuchtigkeit eher kühl. Das konnte mit den beiden Klimaanlagen behoben werden. Das einzig wiklich negative ist die Hellhörigkeit. Wir hörten jedes Geräusch von Aussen, speziell die Haustüre der Nachbarn und das nächtliche Abholen des Abfalls und des Altglases (jeweils um 0240 und 0600). Unser Auto mussten wir im ca. 10 Minuten entfernten Parkhaus abstellen, dies für €17.70 pro 24h.
