It’s located right next to the Time Out Market, so there were plenty of dining options nearby. There are also many really cute breakfast spots in the area. In the evening, the neighborhood turns into a lively nightlife district, but it’s not disturbing at all — you can’t hear any noise from inside the apartment. The metro and tram are both close by. The city center is only a 15-minute walk away.

Location, very clean, well appointed. Updated. Very comfortable. Elevator.

When I arrived the door codes did not work and I had to wait an hour before someone arrived to help me in. This problem persisted through the weekend until I finally got a key to all the doors and the door code system was repaired. I had to reach out to the property managers several times to facilitate entry. They were responsive. Once the hardware problem was fixed everything was great.

no site boking, na apresentação fala-se em dois banheiros, na verdade um banheiro e um lavabo, na hora da vistoria final embora havia horário marcado o vistoriador apertou a campainha e entrou direto sem esperar abrirmos a porta, o banheiro na parte do box de banho é com banheira, o que dificultou nossa estadia por conta de eu estar acompanhado de minha mãe que tem 83 anos e ficar tomado banho dentro de banheira oferece algum risco, acho que a apresentação tem que ficar pouco mais clara. A limpeza estava em um nível razoável para aceitável.No mais a estadia foi satisfatória.
