The new from the balcony is superb. One of the few in Lisbon. The location is spot on. Close to most important attractions and the train and ferry stations. The downstairs part of the apartment was roomy and clean. Communication with Marta was very good even though we sadly didn’t get to meet her. We absolutely love our stay in this quirky but unique apartment.
It’s true that there are six levels of stairs and no elevator but you won’t get high enough to sit on the balcony with the swifts and swallows without them. You just don’t go out every hour and plan your day so you don’t spend all day going up and down. Upstairs has a low roof but I’m 6’3” and I managed.

Fantastic location. Views from the terrace were lovely. Flat was well equipped and very comfortable.
It’s a bit of a climb to the top floor but the views and extra space are worth it!

The location was very good and the staff very nice ! Marta was very helpful and kind! The view was also very nice
The bathroom was full of mold because it has no windows or ventilation. It had a strong unpleasant smell, and every time we used it, the entire house smelled like mold. In addition, there were no fabric surfaces (such as pillows, sofas, or chairs) that were free of stains. There were many chairs, stools, and a sofa on the balcony, but it felt unpleasant to sit anywhere.
