This renovated hilltop 1-bedroom villa offers free 100mb Wi-Fi, vaulted ceilings, and amazing views of Water Bay and beyond for a relaxing St. Thomas getaway. Ideal for couples, solo travelers, small families, or remote business travelers, D4 sleeps up to 4 guests and provides a comfortable upper-resort setting with convenient access to the Hilltop Pool just around the corner.
The villa features an elevated king bedroom with direct ocean and island views, plus accordion shutters that can be closed for added privacy between the bedroom and living area. The spacious living area includes a sleeper sofa, TV, and indoor dining for 4, creating a comfortable place to relax while enjoying the island and water views. The fully equipped renovated kitchen features all new appliances, granite countertops, new custom cabinets, and bar-stool seating for 2. The renovated bathroom includes a large shower and vanity area.
One of D4’s standout features is the balcony, which includes an outdoor dining table and lounge chairs for relaxing and enjoying the hilltop views. Parking is conveniently located steps from the villa entry. Point Pleasant Resort is approximately 8 miles from the airport. Rental cars are recommended for guests who want to explore the island, though taxis are often available near the lobby. The property was as state on VRBO. It was a perfect location for what we were looking for and the interior was as we expected. We have no problem walking hills to and from the unit, but if you have problems walking this unit may not for you. Overall we love it.

Our Stay in D-4 was amazing the views are stunning a the bed was super comfortable. We enjoyed the property very much. The only down side was the stairs were a lot to get down the mountain but we just called for a shuttle on the property a brought us down to avoid all the stairs. Also the roof leaked in one spot in the villa but wasn’t a deal breaker for us cause it only rained a couple times during the week we were there. Would definitely stay again very happy with our stay

The view was amazing and the front desk staff was very helpful in getting us cabs and picking us up to come to the lobby. I gave the communication a 3 because we never received an email telling us how to check in and any specifics about check in/out. It was easy once we communicated with front desk but i think this should have been sent before us arriving there.

We had an excellent time in St Thomas and were very pleased with Point Pleasant Resort, so I’d give it a 5. I’d recommend it to anyone and would return in a heartbeat.The location of the room was stellar, the staff was always friendly and helpful, and the office rum punches were an unexpected and enjoyable perk.
