About this house rental
Come and enjoy our recently remodeled turn of the century farmhouse just miles from Silver Falls State Park, the Oregon Garden, Santiam Canyon, and the fifteen wineries of the Cascade Foothill wine growers. Our farmhouse, which has been in the family for 60 years, is located just north of the quaint town of Sublimity. The location is an ideal starting point for many wonderful activities. Whether hiking the 10 Falls of Silver Creek or challenging yourself on single track biking trails, outdoor activities are minutes away.
The Farmhouse
The recently updated Farmhouse simply feels cozy - just like your own home. We strive to give it a warm feeling and provide a place of refuge during your travels. The first floor consists of large bright living areas, a spacious kitchen, sunroom, master bedroom, and two full bathrooms. The upstairs has three bedrooms, a full bathroom, and a common room with a television. The well appointed kitchen will provide you with everything you need to create a culinary masterpiece for your family and friends. The french doors in the dining room open to a sunroom appointed with ample seating and an old fashion porch swing.

This is a very family-friendly spot with a variety of in-house entertainment for families with children and a variety of age groups. There are nice bedrooms upstairs and downstairs as well as futons plus extra pull out to accommodate all ages and needs. Our group of two families with kids ranging ages 8 to 13 all had a blast and more than enough space. We could have fit a third (maybe fourth?) family, no problem. There is a lot of dining space and kitchen had everything we needed (plus more!) in it.The owner has nicely stalked up the place with amenities like shampoo/conditioner, soaps, extra towels, etc. We wanted for nothing.The location is very close to hikes. There is some street noise from the main road, but the house sits far back from it (safe) and has a HUGE backyard, complete with barbecues and games. Nice views.We will definitely be using this property again when we are in the area. Thank you Chris!

We had a wonderful stay at this farmhouse! The outdoor space was our favorite part — the patio was beautiful, relaxing, and perfect for spending time outside. There was plenty of space to spread out and enjoy the fresh air, which made the stay feel peaceful and comfortable. We really appreciated how spacious the property was and would definitely stay here again.

Everything was great. It would be a little nicer if you could enter the master bathroom from the master bedroom.
