Very fun experience staying in a trailer made in 1947! Trailer was very charming and the bed was really comfortable. Loved the extra amenities like the provided robes and the coffee service. Everything inside was very clean and plenty of towels were provided. Location was really convenient and very close to Dundee and downtown Dayton. Overall, we really liked staying here and we'll stay here again.
Bathroom facilities are from circa 1947 (not the actual fixtures, but the layout). The shower and toilet were in one cubicle. The toilet was like every other RV toilet with a foot pump. It worked completely fine. We didn't actually use the shower in the trailer; not that we couldn't have as it was completely functional. The facility has a separate building with nice showers and toilets. The only issue is we would have had to walk to them; also not a big deal but we decided we could live without showers until we got home again. It was a rainy, cold weekend when we stayed and it took a bit for the inside of the trailer to get comfortable.

Clean & quiet surroundings.
Our trailer was too small for my built . Used their facilities to shower. Our location did not offer too much shade to the outside grill.
