About this apartment rental
This two bedroom, two bathroom 3rd floor unit at Phoenix VII has great views of the gulf and beach.
We purchased this condo in April, 2021, and our makeover will hopefully provide a comfortable and cozy place for you to vacation. The entire condo has been repainted, including the ceilings. Other updates include replacing the carpets in the bedrooms with luxury vinyl plank, new beds, and new ceiling fans. In addition, there are new appliances throughout including refrigerator, stove, microwave, dish washer and clothes dryer. We also added a new dining room table, coffee table, end tables and bar stools. The balcony also has brand new furniture. We installed a new key-less entry for your convenience. All rooms are furnished in blues and earth tones and have new pictures and accessories.
Additional renovations were done from January through March, 2022. Thanks to our property managers, we were able to completely redo both bathrooms. This work included two new showers and a bathtub, new vanities and countertops, new lights, new mirrors, new medicine cabinets and two new toilets. In addition, we purchased new drapes throughout, pictures, living room furniture and a new smart television in the living room. The bedrooms both have televisions and are equipped with fire sticks.
Amenities include: pack ‘n play for infants, washer and dryer, iron and ironing board, hairdryers in both bathrooms, indoor/outdoor pools, hot tubs, sauna, exercise room, tennis courts, racquetball court, pickle ball courts, shuffleboard court and grills. Directv and internet is provided.
Having special guests like you at our previous condo was great. We received over 70 reviews with a 4.9/5 average review. These reviews and our guest book comments indicate how much our last condo was enjoyed. We hope to have the same guest approval for our new condo. Importantly, we use a small, highly reliable company to manage this condo. This insures a personal touch not found in large condo management companies. When you stay in our condo, you can be sure it will be clean.

This location was great for the ages of our kiddos (7,5,2) everything was within a 10 min driving distance. There were things to do just to take a break from the sun and heat. Loved that the majority of the pool was under 4 foot deep. Getting to the ocean is a bit of a walk but the bridge going out was very nice with multiple hoses to rinse off at. Cindy (the host) was very organized and quick to respond to any needs or questions I had.

The condo was clean and well equipped. The host had excellent communication and i would stay here again. Great location, near Zekes, and good restaurants. We always love staying at the Pheonix VII. Grounds are clean, indoor pool is warm, and the beach is beautiful.

The condo unit was very nice and accommodating. Everything my family needed was there, but the overall complex was disappointing.
The complex was huge which meant lots and lots of people. Our 3rd floor balcony was peaceful until 9am, but then the music started blaring from the pool area with large groups of people or parties. The music lasted until the early morning hours which made it hard to get to sleep. The pool area was so crowded we couldn’t find pool chairs unless we got there early. At the pool I didn’t mind the music until 2 other groups also started playing their music, so it was just a lot of noise.
The elevators were crowded and had to wait in line most times. We started using the stairs which was fine since we were only on the 3rd floor.
I should have considered the size of the complex before booking and will do so next time.
