About this apartment rental

Cozy, comfy studio apt. Centrally located downtown, grocery stores, fine dining, fishing, climbing, biking, skiing, golf, yoga & Rio Grande Trail. There are 300 ft of space with French doors and lots of natural light looking at Mt. Sopris. Best view in town. Kitchenette included. BBQ for the studio is on the side of the house. It is attached to the main home but very private, with its own entrance. It is 375 sq ft so pack lightly, large suitcases don’t fit well.
This is a very mature neighborhood, quiet, neighborly and very safe.

Beautiful property. Clean, easy access to downtown and off 133.Kat's property has everything you will need to make your stay comfortable and easy.Her book gives suggestions for restaurants, events, things to do.She responds quicky and is very kind and friendly in her notes.Cant go wrong if you decide to stay at Kats property.Cassandra
