About this apartment rental
Cozy, comfy studio apt. Centrally located downtown, grocery stores, fine dining, fishing, climbing, biking, skiing, golf, yoga & Rio Grande Trail. There are 300 ft of space with French doors and lots of natural light looking at Mt. Sopris. Best view in town. Kitchenette included. BBQ for the studio is on the side of the house. It is attached to the main home but very private, with its own entrance. It is 375 sq ft so pack lightly, large suitcases don’t fit well.
