You'll feel welcomed and right at home as soon you open the front door to your home away from home. This home is comfortably decorated with light & airy charm. The kitchen is complete with everything you'll need to prepare and serve meals and offers a charming eat-in nook for a quick breakfast or light mid-day lunch. The living room offers plenty of comfortable seating to enjoy your favorite television shows on the flat screen TV. The master bedroom has a king size bed, TV, walk-in closet, and a private master bath with a walk-in shower. The 1st guest bedroom has a queen size bed and TV for your guests to enjoy. The 2nd guest bedroom has a queen size bed for your guests comfort. The bedrooms and both bathrooms are set up with extra towels and linens. Of course don't forget about the enclosed lanai that offers a peaceful outdoor living space all year round. The lanai provides plenty of comfortable seating to enjoy your morning coffee or juice and newspaper. The outdoor space is great for those nights you want to enjoy grilling out and enjoying time with your new friends. It is also a great place to end a busy day of activities with a cold drink before heading out to the town square and dance the night away. With the uniquely enclosed backyard, the family pet will have space to play also!
This home pet-friendly comes complete and includes a GAS BBQ grill, 4 Seater GAS Golf Cart & WiFi internet connection. With the purchase of resident ID cards you can use any of the executive golf courses or pay resident rates at the Championship courses. You're also entitled to use any of the family friendly and adult only (30 or older) swimming pools, bocce ball, shuffleboard courts, and more plus over 1000 organized activities every week through the recreational centers.
This home is made for fun! Just bring your suitcase and we'll provide the 'key' for enjoyment.

Close to all conveniences. Great to have a golf cart included. Lovely neighborhood. Fenced in private back yard.

Very positive experience during our stay. The furniture was comfortable, nice large tv, enjoyed the enclosed lanai and furniture there, and the privacy the fence provided. The kitchen was well equipped with utensils, plates, pots and pans, etc. All were in very good condition. It was great to have the golf cart, which was in very good shape also. Looking forward to retuning next year.

We stayed at this rental for 6 weeks in November, December 2023. Everything was as expected, and we were very happy with the everything. The beds were comfortable and we had everything needed in the kitchen. We did not use the grill because that was only a portable little grill not a full BBQ. The golfcart that came with the rental needed a tuneup so we did not venture very far in that. Neighborhood was great and it was close to shopping and some restaurants.
