We are only a 10 min golf cart ride to Sawgrass Grove for great food and nightly entertainment and 12 min. car ride to Brownwood Paddock Square.

Our home is brightly decorated with modern furnishings, making for a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. Enjoy entertaining guests or just hanging out reading, playing board games, or watching TV on our 65” large screen in the cozy living room. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need, including a center island with stools and a coffee bar. All dishware, pots & pans, Keurig and drip coffee makers are included, along with a stove top griddle, crockpot, air fryer, dishwasher, and adjacent dining room table and chairs that can seat up to 6. The living room has plenty of room to relax or entertain, including a sofa with a pull-out queen bed. The master bedroom has a reclinable King bed, vanity/desk, and a walk-in closet with extra space, making it easy to store everything for longer stays! The master bath is equipped with double sink vanities and a walk-in tiled shower. The second bedroom features a reclinable Queen bed, while the third bedroom acts as an office with an available foldout full-sized bed. The second and third bedrooms share a nearby bathroom equipped with a vanity & sink as well as a tiled tub/shower. Both King and Queen bedrooms have smart TVs! A laundry room includes a washer/dryer, and a back lanai offers additional seating, with a ceiling fan to help keep things cool--to enjoy your morning coffee or evening refreshments regardless of the weather.

A Yamaha 2 seat gas golf cart is included in the rental and available for your use during your stay. A liability waiver must be signed and on file before using the golf cart. WIFI and standard utilities are included. Temporary resident IDs are available for $50 that allow you to enjoy all amenities as a Village resident, recommended for avid golfers or those wishing to have full use of the recreational centers. Guest IDs are free with the rental. This home is a short distance away from 4 executive golf course, pitch and putt, pools, pickleball and tennis, bocci ball courts, and fishing, and the St. Tropez and Everglades Recreation Centers. If bringing a dog, there are numerous walking paths and a close-by dog park.
