Ritz Residence staff was super friendly and very helpful. Great attitudes by all we encountered. Residence unit we stayed in met our expectation for Ritz quality, and worked out perfectly for our family of 5. We skied 3 of 6 days at Highlands and enjoyed the hill very much. Highlands area limited in restaurants etc., but 10 minute shuttle into Aspen made it easy to get out.

We have stayed at the Ritz Aspen Highlands before and loved it, and once again had a very good experience. This unit was as we expected. Valerie and her team were responsive and we would happily return.
