I’ve stayed at many hostels around the world, and this is by far the friendliest and cleanest hostel I’ve ever been to. The owners Pedro and Sara were so welcoming and nice, providing the best insights for travelling around Douro and the amenities are all you can wish for and more.

I've been traveling solo almost 3 years and seen many hostels in my life, but honestly this hostel is the best I ever been to!
Clean and tidy with everything you need, good location, good facilities, very social for solo travelers, and most important- the most welcoming and helpful hosts! Pedro and sara, the owners, operate the hostel with a lot of passion and big smile :)
