We were a group of cyclists staying 4 days and the apartment was perfect for us. The views from the generous terrace are incredible, there’s a fantastic pizza place right next door and coffee shop just up the street. The apartment is comfortable, clean and well equipped

Beautiful Location.
Beautiful building and View.
Almost impossible to talk with property staff.
No one met us the day we arrived after they said they would. During entire stay we did not know what to do with garbage…recycling…..
Taxes were to be picked up but no one had time to come meet us. Money was left on the table.
Very stressful with zero communications.

Patio view was amazing! Kitchen was adequate. Master bedroom was comfortable and had bedside tables and closets for hanging clothes. Other 3 bedrooms very minimal accessories . Communication with staff minimal with no response to some questions. Check in confusing since staff communicated they would meet us at property with keys when we arrived. They did not and code was required not keys ??!!

The property was spacious and clean, the local area was nice with great views. Local restaurants a few minutes walk away were really good (book!)
The location was in Piano Sorrento, quite a way from the main town. This would not have been a problem if it was easy to get a taxi, which we couldn't get so we had a long walk! Communication with hosts was terrible, they did not respond to any messages. On arrival I phoned and somebody did meet us quite soon afterwards - but just to let us in and tell us the door key code - which I would of expected to be told the day before, for peace of mind. The ensuite to the main bedroom had a glass wall part at the top which was also part of the adjoining main bathroom - so if someone used the main bathroom and turned on the light then the ensuite bathroom AND bedroom get lit up! Sooooo annoying!
