About this house rental
394 Ivywood is a beautiful clean home with a spacious driveway, big front porch across from two pools and a splash park for kids. This home sleeps seven which is the maximum occupancy. Open concept living room, dining room and eat-in fully equipped kitchen. The dining room seats six and the eat-in kitchen seats five. The kitchen includes a dishwasher, oven, microwave, Keurig, drip coffee maker, toaster, and blender. The house has three flat screen TVs and two DVD players. The laundry room has a full-size washer and dryer, iron, and ironing board. Both primary bedrooms have a king size bed with on-suite master bathroom that includes a step-in shower and walk-in master closet.
The middle bedroom has a queen size bed, along with a walk-in closet. The back bedroom has two twin beds and a closet. The second bathroom is located off of the hallway and has a tub/shower combination. Other furnishings include beach chairs, beach toys, and a beach umbrella. Also available for use are tennis rackets, a football and a basketball. If needed, the house does come with linens and towels. If used, they must be washed and all linens must be put back in the cabinets.
Check in is at 3pm and check out is at 10am. A $140 cleaning fee will be added to your rental. If additional cleaning is needed above normal use, this fee will be deducted from your security deposit. No pets, no illegal drugs, non-smokers please.
Oceanside Village is a 180-acre beach side community, with 24-hour security and is located on business Highway 17 between Surfside and Garden City beaches, 6 miles south of Myrtle Beach.
The Outdoor pools, children’s water park and hot tub are located directly across the street from our house. The heated indoor pool, which is open all year round is located a short distance away. A 10-minute walk or a 3 minutes golf cart ride takes you to the beach. The beach has private front parking and is available for Oceanside Village only. Also located within the village are tennis courts, Pickleball court, Bocce Ball, softball field, basketball court, horseshoe pits, volleyball and children’s playground. Six small lakes, two have fresh water fishing. For a fee, the fitness center is available. Golf carts can be rented on site. *(Our house does not come with a golf cart)*
Located just across Rt. 17 from the community’s entrance is Tupelo Bay, an executive 18-hole par 3 golf course. Along with Tupelo Bay is a driving range, miniature golf, and ice cream parlor. For the avid golfer, over 100 other courses are in the greater Myrtle Beach area. Live shows, nightclubs, amusement parks, arcades, water parks, and shopping are available for your entertainment.

Property was in a great location and the online description actually matched what we walked into. There was a slight mix up at check in for getting a second car pass which the owners took care of immeditaley - great communication from both owners. The house is supplied with everything you need and we would definately return.

This was our second year staying in this home and we love all the amenities it offers in the community and the large capacity to house our entire family. The close proximity to the beach, local activities and the pools located in Oceanside village can’t be beat!

We stayed a week and it wasn’t long enough. The house was great. It was spacious, close to the pool, and clean. Mandy was quick to respond. We are already looking forward to staying here next year!
