The place was very clean. The community pools were nice and the kids splash pad was great. Location is amazing. Right off the main road leading to a few state park beaches . Its right next to grocery and convenience stores and a 15-20 minute walk to the beach. There is reserved parking at the beach, with rinse area for sand, accessed with a key card if you drive. No complaints at all.

The house was in a good location to pool and beach. It definitely needs updated several of the outlets did not work. The tv is outdated along with dvd player. When you have a technical logically family it was difficult since player didnt play bluray movies. There is limited seating in the livingroom area.We made it work.

The house was clean and neat. Fresh linens were left on all the beds at check-in. Plenty enough room for 6 people. Loved the family hangout spot in the carport. Would stay here again!
