This beautifully decorated and spacious home is the perfect spot for you and your family to enjoy a beach vacation. The home is just across the street from the beach, so you will be able to enjoy tons of water activities just steps from your front door! The rental itself has a well-equipped, gourmet kitchen for easy meal preparation and plenty of space for both dining and relaxing.
The home is located right across the street from the beach so you don't need to go far to enjoy some fun in the sun. Also available across the street is the famous River City Cafe. Just a short drive away, you'll find Broadway at the Beach, a fantastic spot for shopping, dining, entertainment, and amusement park rides for all ages. The Pelicans Baseball stadium is across the street on the 21st Avenue N side, of Broadway at the Beach, as well.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

Plenty of room for my family of 6 (including 4 kids aged 13-20). Location was great—short walk to the beach & easy to drive to other places. The water in the house was odd—the sinks were usually lukewarm instead of ever getting hot or cold. The pressure wasn’t great but not that bad. The master toilet sounded like a boat horn every time we flushed it. If I had a sleeping infant I would have been really annoyed. We had enough towels but did have to put a hand towel in the half bathroom because there wasn’t any in it. The AC was really odd. The main floor was freezing so bad we actually turned the heat on. It didn’t matter what the AC was set to, it would drop down below 60 unless we used heat. The upstairs was a consistent 75, which was fine for us. Although we could connect to WiFi we couldn’t actually do anything. I had to disable it on my phone to check the weather! There are wasps building a nest outside the kitchen window near the small round table but I didn’t see any in the house. The bathrooms were clean. Aside from the weirdness with the AC & other issues, it was a great house & my family had a great time.

I’ll keep it brief. We booked this home for a weekend vacay. The home accommodated our group wonderfully. The location was perfect with the beach right across the street. The home was clean and beautiful. Would love to book again in the future. Thank you!

The house is beautiful. Unfortunately, we didn’t have hot water in the master bath shower on a regular basis throughout our stay. The A/C was not working properly and the house was extremely cold. The clothes dryer did not work. In reaching out with concern we did not get a helpful response. Would definitely recommend ensuring these items have been addressed before renting.
