Sand Dunes Resort, Unit #910

Short walk to the beach. The outdoor pool in the main building was really nice. The balcony was kind of private. A very nice view of the water and sunrise. Elevator was easy to get to.

There was an outdoor water park that was on the property. We were told we didn’t have the correct color band. When my husband asked at the desk he was told it was free but you had to pick it when you booked it. I booked it through Booking.com and that wasn’t an option that I remember. They wouldn’t let us go in. My granddaughter was disappointed.

We liked the condo, spacious, view parking,and resort location.

We didn't like that we called many times vacas to verify we were allowed to go on the water park besides the pools and we were told we could go in. We also asked staff members if we were allowed to go in they said yes, but once we tried going in they told us we weren't allowed to go in and that ruined my kids experience a bit. Also the king bed in one of the room was a little to squeaky

Loved the wrap around balcony and the view from the master bedroom was so beautiful and relaxing. Beds were also very comfortable in every room.

Honestly have no complaints.

I didn’t like the key .. very hard to get into the place and that could be a safety issue . The king bed mattress was very uncomfortable. The paint fumes was an unwelcomed smell when we arrived. We had to air out the place as it gave everyone a headache
