We stayed for a long golf weekend. Five guys. House was perfect for us. Clean, well kept, spacious, everything functioned as expected and was ready early. Check-in and check-out were easy and straightforward. Would definitely stay here again.

Check-in was a seamless, and the property's location couldn't have been better. The elevator made hauling luggage to the 3rd floor a breeze, and there was plenty of space for everyone. The only downside, if any, was that the beds weren't as comfortable as we'd hoped.

We enjoyed our stay - the house was comfortable for a family of five (lots of beds and large living area and kitchen) and the location was terrific (easy access to beach and restaurants, but also quiet). The property management company was difficult to reach - waiting on hold for 30+ minutes to reach someone on the phone. The air conditioning was broken on the main and lower levels for part of our stay, when heat index was 100+ during the day. The owner did not believe that the AC was broken at first - we had to provide a photo of the thermostat to convince them. Once we provided proof, the AC was fixed quickly. We also had questions about check out about which the property manager never responded. We would recommend this house and the Cloisters community - not so sure we’d rent from this property manager and owner again.
