Warm, perfect room and surroundings. From the moment I arrived Theresa could not do more to make me feel welcomed and settled. The B and B is of a high standard, the finishing and quality of the fittings and furnishings in the bedroom and sitting areas are of a very high standard and you immediately feel at home. Very peaceful and quiet was so relaxed by the log fire and could only hear the birds singing. A great little hut outside to have a BBQ which was a wonderful experience whilst it snowed outside. The farmhouse is a real hidden gem and I woke up feeling refreshed and renewed as though I had stayed a week rather than one night. The quality of the service and food at breakfast was superb real value for money. I cannot wait to return. Highly recommend a visit.

A truly exceptional stay. An oasis of good taste, comfort and hospitality. So very many things that others fail on all being fine to perfection. Every prospective B&B owner should come here to learn. Genuinely outstanding.

Fantastic location in Perthshire countryside. Easy drive through to Dunkeld or Aberfeldy. Lovely property. Exceptionally clean. Fantastic breakfast. Really great host.
