My parents had a good vacation and loved this appartment
Very nice appartment would recommend it to friends. Also good for older people. Close to the beach and you could go for a walk to the left and right side. A few minutes to the shopping street. Nice and helpful contact.

Stylish apartmen in the heart of Oostende super close to the beach and the shopping streets as well.
The location is excellent, its not beachfront but the beach is super close and easy to get there. As a compensation for that the apartment is more quiet and windproof. Heating was working well, the apartment is just renovated and furnished with a taste. The owner gave us all the information we needed, and approved a late check out, that was a big plus for me.

Owner was nice and probided that. Location is top, 300 meters from the sea and 1 km from main train station. Kitchen is well equipped, really. You have all needed.

O elevador é ao lado de um dos quartos, a todo o momento você se assusta com o funcionamento dele, os vizinhos de cima as vezes ficam até as 04:00 da madrugada fazendo festas, isso durante a semana em que estive! Muito barulho de passos, portas batendo! Um detalhe sobre o lixo, o mesmo é dispensado pelos hóspedes e o latão é um pouco longe, visto que estava a chover a semana toda e ainda por cima frio!

De keuken, living van het appartement is ruim en gezellig.
Heel proper.
Goed bed maar hoofdkussens een beetje te zacht.
Het appartement is niet zo goed geïsoleerd.
Gelukkig waren de buren niet luid.

Die Lage ist perfekt. Die Wohnung ist an für sich sehr schön. Die Küche relativ neu, das Bad auch
Der Balkon, ist nicht wirklich ein Balkon sondern ein Sitzplatz für eine Person, oder ein Stehplatz für zwei.
Die Küche ist ziemlich ungeschickt aufgeteilt von den Möbeln her.Die Wohnung wird für bis zu 6 Personen angeboten, die Töpfe reichen aber höchstens für eine Puppenküche! selbst für drei Leute essen zu machen, in diesen mini-töpfen, unmöglich. Die Wohnung hat zwar viele Schränke, bei denen aber einige abgeschlossen sind und es steht privat drauf. Bei sechs Personen absolut unmöglich. Bei dreien geht es noch. Eine Mini Rolle Klopapier, bei der man mit dem Finger durchsticht, so liederlich ist die Qualität! Für drei Leute, für drei Übernachtungen, ein No-Go! Die Klobürste hatte schon ein Eigenleben!! Bei dem Gebrauch wurde einem schlecht! Der Ventilator im Bad und WC, beide ohne Fenster, funktioniert nicht. Wenn man in der Dusche die Regendusche anmacht schwimmt das ganze Bad, auch nicht möglich so zu duschen. Keine Putzlappen um den Boden aufzuwischen. Die Wohnung war nicht gesaugt! Überall lange schwarze Haare, auch in den Schubladen und im Bett. Das Elternbett so fleckig! Es war zwar ein Matratzenschoner drauf, den man abziehen konnte, das hätte man aber auch tun sollen !!, und zwar bevor die neuen Mieter kommen! Wir haben die Matratze umgedreht,da war sie auch nicht viel besser. Ich habe alles gleich nach der Ankunft bemängelt, es hat sich aber niemand drum gekümmert. Ich sollte Fotos machen! Ja ich fotografiere doch nicht so eine ekelerregende Klobürste, oder Haare in der Schublade, ich möchte meinen Urlaub anders verbringen. Das Einzigste was passiert ist, man hat mich um meine Kontonummer gebeten, um mir Geld für Klopapier zu überweisen. Also das Geld dafür ist bis jetzt noch nicht da! Und das ist nach fünf Tagen. Ach ja, der Hörer der Sprechanlage hing auch unten, wir mussten ihn notdürftig mit einem Gummi oben halten! Keine Hilfe, kein Entgegenkommen! Die Vermieter oder einen Mitarbeiter der Agentur haben wir nicht zu Gesicht bekommen!

Teleurgesteld in het onderhoud, maar zeker wel een heel mooi appartement met een super goeie ligging.
Mooi appartement, fijne ligging. Alles fijn geregeld met de sleutel.
Het was vuil, ook overal zwarte haren, 1 bedlinnenset te weinig. We hebben niet kunnen douchen vanwege verstopping v d douche, het water liep in een mum van tijd tot op de gang.

Hay varios aspectos que podrían mejorar:
WiFi: Es extremadamente lento y, en ocasiones, ni siquiera funciona.
Confort: La habitación secundaria es muy fría y no cuenta con calentador
Ascensor: Tiene fallas constantes; incluso me quedé atrapada por varios minutos.
Acceso: El teléfono para abrir la puerta se cae constantemente, lo que dificulta la entrada.
Por lo demás, el lugar es tal cual como se muestra en las fotos. Le doy 3 de 5 porque, aunque tiene puntos positivos, hay varios detalles que afectan la comodidad de la estancia.

Ein entspannter Aufenthalt am Meer mit vielen Ausflugsmöglichkeiten!
Die Lage war ausgezeichnet, ganz in der Nähe vom Zentrum, Strand, Park, Tram. Das Apartment war geräumig, Toilette und Badezimmer getrennt. Es gab ausreichend Schränke mit vielen Kleiderbügeln, was nicht immer selbstverständlich ist! Die Betten waren bequem mit adäquatem Bettzeug. Die Küchenausstattung war angemessen, alles ausreichend vorhanden, allerdings vermissten wir eine Mikrowelle. Besonders erwähnen möchte ich noch, dass der Kontakt zur Wohnungsagentur hervorragend war! Wir hatten ein Problem mit der Dusche, das prompt gelöst wurde, außerdem bekamen wir schnell und sehr, sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit Antworten auf alle Fragen!😊
Die Ausstattung der Wohnung war im Großen und Ganzen in Ordnung, allerdings finde ich eine Rolle Toilettenpapier für 3 Personen und 6 Tage doch ziemlich knapp! So wie in vielen Ferienwohnungen fehlten auch hier im Bad Ablagemöglichkeiten, es gab keine Haken für Handtücher, Waschlappen, Bademäntel, Kulturtaschen. Gestört hat mich auch, dass wir die Betten selber beziehen mussten, das habe ich bisher in keiner Ferienwohnung vorgefunden. Am Ende des Aufenthaltes muss man den Müll entsorgen, das ist okay, aber es ist nirgends angegeben, wohin man ihn bringen soll, man denkt dabei an Keller oder Hinterhof! Auf meine Frage dazu, bekam ich einen Stadtplan geschickt mit dem nächstgelegenen Müllcontainer, aber ziemlich weit entfernt von der Wohnung! Aber netterweise durften wir den Müll dann doch in der Wohnung lassen, wie gesagt, die Mitarbeiter der Agentur waren wirklich nett und entgegenkommend!!!
