Die Lage des Apartments ist sehr gut, direkt gegenüber der Gil Eannes.
Sehr gute Küchenausstattung.
Die gute Lage hat auch einen Nachteil, denn das Apartment liegt direkt an der 4-spurigen Uferstraße, es ist daher teilweise sehr laut (insbesondere am Wochenende!).
Das Apartment besteht nur aus einem Raum plus Badezimmer.

Licht en architectonisch mooi gerenoveerd appartement op een uitstekende locatie. Aardig behulpzaam personeel.
Heel harde bedden waardoor we slecht geslapen hebben. Een van de badkamers was nagenoeg onbruikbaar; het toilet stond recht onder een balk van het lage schuine plafond en de heren kunnen er ook niet naast staan. De douche bevond zich in een klein bad zonder douchegordijn of scherm, waardoor het water via de badrand zo de slaapkamer in liep, tot onder het bed. Op veel plekken waren er onhandige en onpraktische zaken die de bruikbaarheid bemoeilijkten.
