Appartement très agréable, propre, très bien équipé. Agence très professionnelle et personnel agréable et aidant. Très bonne situation par rapport à la ville et la plage.
L'appartement est plein nord et la vue n'est pas dégagée. L'appartement et l'immeuble en général sont très mal isolés phoniquement par rapport à l'extérieur et aux logements voisins. Le prix est trop élevé.
